Golden Gatsby
Inspired by the glamour of the 1920s, this bedroom with en suite blends bold colours with luxurious details for a striking, sophisticated space.
Deep navy tones, bold mustard accents, and a striking feature wall create a space that feels both elegant and full of energy. Vintage pieces like the chandelier and fireplace sit comfortably alongside modern touches for a layered look. To complete the scheme, we commissioned a gloss black bureau and side tables, and repainted the overmantel mirror with the same finish.
Finally, two vintage chairs were reupholstered and trimmed with brass beading to match the headboard.
En-Suite
The original en-suite featured a bath with an impractical handheld shower. We reimagined the space, replacing it with a sleek, Italian-style walk-in shower for a more functional and luxurious experience.
We replaced the original stone finish with ceramic marble-effect tiles across the floors and walls, introducing a sense of understated luxury. The soft veining provides elegance without overpowering the space, allowing the furniture and accessories to take centre stage.
We continued the use of deep tones and brass accents into the en-suite bathroom.
The black and gold vanity with antique mirror doors is a bespoke design, inspired by the opulence of the era.
