Emerald Lounge
For this project, we were asked to transform an empty basement room into a games room for grown-up’s.
The clients were looking for a multifunctional entertainment area with style and character. We achieved this using an effective but daring combination of wallcoverings, plush velvets and warm, functional lighting.
Using a rich colour palette we created a sophisticated feel, whilst retaining the whimsical personality of this fun-filled space.
Using corks collected from friends and family, we built an oversized dart-board wall that’s both meaningful and practical.
The customised bar area, with integrated fridge and glass storage area, is finished in matte-black with a counter-top made from coins from around the world.
The mirrors add depth and light, whilst breaking up the pattern of the wallpaper.
